LeapFrog Solutions Appoints Andrew Eastman Senior Vice President



Oakton, Va. — April 12, 2011 — LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. (LFS), a full-service strategic marketing communications and technology firm, announced today that it has appointed Andrew Eastman as a Senior Vice President.
Eastman will have overall program management responsibilities for all aspects LFS’ major new contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for advertising and marketing of the National Flood Insurance Program. He will work closely with members of the LeapFrog Solutions Team FloodSmart Joint Venture and will be the central point of contact with FEMA for program and contractual issues.
“Andrew Eastman is an experienced program manager who understands the complex world of government contracts,” said LFS founder and CEO Lisa Martin. “His experience in managing large programs will make him a valuable addition to the LeapFrog Solutions team.”
Eastman joins LFS from Adayana Government Group where he was Vice President, Emerging Markets, responsible for identifying emerging trends in learning and human capital markets. He also served as Vice President, Operations, an executive account manager and director of management consulting. Eastman previously worked at Electronic Facilitators, Inc. and Basys Automation Systems, Inc. after serving in the U.S. Air Force. He has significant experience directly relevant to the NFIP contract, involving a range of marketing communications activities and related technologies.
Eastman earned his Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Business and completed undergraduate course work in information systems management at the University of Maryland and in theatre at Wittenberg University. He also studied business administration and fire science at Northern Virginia Community College. Eastman is a longtime volunteer and Assistant Fire Chief for the Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.
